Today was a day filled with challenges and rewards.
We had the pleasure of meeting our Dominican campers today. Although the majority of them
did not speak English, we managed to find alternative methods of communication,
such as Google Translate and hand gestures. It was heartwarming to observe the
children interacting with their peers and thoroughly enjoying themselves
throughout the day. Additionally, I cherished the opportunity to strengthen the
bonds I have formed with all the teenagers.
